1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the VYTH browser extension ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Description of Service

VYTH is an educational tool that provides behavioral interventions during investment decisions. VYTH:

• Displays wisdom quotes when detecting emotional trading patterns
• Tracks estimated dollars saved from reconsidered trades
• Operates as a browser extension on supported platforms

4. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• You will not hold VYTH liable for any trading outcomes
• You are using VYTH as an educational tool only
• You must be 18+ years old to use this Service

5. Privacy & Data

• We do NOT access your brokerage credentials
• We do NOT store your portfolio information
• We do NOT transmit your financial data
• Local data storage only (see Privacy Policy for details)
• Anonymous analytics via Matomo (EU-hosted, opt-out available)

6. Beta Program Terms

During the private beta period:

• Service is provided "as-is" with potential bugs
• Features may change based on feedback
• 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason
• Founding Guardian pricing locked for life

7. Subscription & Billing

• Limited to 5 interventions per day

Founding Guardian Tier ($29/month)

• Unlimited interventions
• Advanced wisdom matching

• Priority support
• Price locked for life

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Cancel anytime before renewal
• No refunds for partial months (except 30-day guarantee)
• Price changes require 30-day notice

8. Intellectual Property

• VYTH owns all rights to the Service and content
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software
• Wisdom quotes remain property of their respective authors
• You retain ownership of your personal data

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Circumvent subscription requirements
• Share your account with others

10. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it
• Service may be interrupted for maintenance
• Features may be added or removed
• We may discontinue the Service with 90-day notice

14. Termination

We may terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate by uninstalling the extension and canceling your subscription.

15. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms with 30-day notice
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
• Material changes require explicit consent
• Previous versions available upon request

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

17. Dispute Resolution

• First attempt: Good faith negotiation
• Second attempt: Mediation
• Final resort: Binding arbitration (AAA rules)
• Class action waiver applies

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VYTH regarding the Service.
